INSURANCE POLICIES

Policy covering the risks of theft, robbery, and snatching: Euro cash in possession of the Insured following a currency exchange transaction conducted at ChangeItalia branches.

The coverage is valid in:

• Italian Republic
• Republic of San Marino
• Vatican City State

Compensation and Deductible

• Compensation limit per claim: amount of the exchanged transaction
• Annual maximum per insured: €1,500.00
• Deductible: 15% of the exchanged amount

Notes

Damages from pickpocketing are expressly excluded.
In case of theft, the client must send an email to romaprati@groupama.it.

The email must include:

• Report submitted to the authorities
• Copy of an identification document

Also provide contact details and the IBAN for receiving reimbursement.
